To remove leg fat, one of the simplest exercises you can do is walking. Instead of taking your car to the grocery store just a few blocks away, walk and enjoy the views. From time to time, try to walk in an uphill path to challenge yourself. If you have a treadmill at home or in the gym, try to use it at least twenty minutes a day. This is just very little time that you can take off your busy schedule. However, if you find that you have a little more extra time, set a schedule for jogging. Look for a jogging partner to motivate you better and set schedules that you both will commit to. Another basic exercise you could do is squatting. This helps develop your quadriceps.
